    Job Description

    This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth and operational excellence within a designated business unit. The Managing Director will oversee P&L management, resource allocation, commercial strategy, and high-stakes negotiations, while championing the company's mission-first approach. The role involves acting as a deputy to the founder and leading bid management and tender processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain absolute financial control and accountability over designated business unit or portfolio P&L.
    • Drive profitable growth by identifying new revenue streams, managing contract renewals, and structuring creative financial terms.
    • Oversee commercial reporting, including margin analysis, variance analysis, and cash flow tracking.
    • Own the pricing strategy and trade spend, ensuring bids and proposals are competitive yet highly profitable.
    • Lead workforce and talent resource management, driving high performance and operational efficiency across delivery teams.
    • Align human and technical resources with project demands, ensuring optimal utilization rates and mitigating bench time.
    • Partner closely with segment heads to forecast hiring needs, upskill staff, and allocate the right personnel to high-priority client accounts.
    • Actively define beneficial time management of MS Inc. – prioritize high priority client opportunities/engagements.
    • Oversee the bid management and tender process, developing win themes, cost models, and risk/reward analyses for complex projects.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to seize strategic expansion opportunities.
    • Responsible for growth strategy via the development of scalable models for product development and delivery.
    • Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and key clients.
    • Act as passionate advocate for BOAM within leadership position.
    • Serve as sounding board with commercial leads to prioritize opportunities for involvement of MS Inc.
    • Act as Prof. Myriam Sidibé deputy within the day-to-day operations of the business.
