    Additional Information

How to Apply: Interested and qualified candidates should apply via the LinkedIn application link provided on this page.

Show Brand Discipline and Campaign Ownership

This role sits at the intersection of brand consistency, showroom execution, and digital reach. Hiring managers will look for someone who can translate strategy into tangible campaigns and keep every touchpoint on-brand.

    1. Quantify your marketing wins: On your CV, use numbers to show the scale of campaigns you've run—budgets managed, leads generated, engagement growth, or footfall increases. For example, 'Increased showroom footfall by 20% through targeted seasonal promotions.'

    2. Prove your digital fluency: Be ready to discuss specific platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Prepare examples of content you've created or managed, and how you measured performance.

    3. Show your supervisory experience: Highlight any team leadership, even if informal. Describe how you coordinated designers, agencies, or junior staff to deliver projects on time.

    4. Understand the industry context: Since the role prefers retail, building materials, or FMCG experience, research Twyford Tile's products and market. Show you understand the customer journey for tiles and sanitaryware.

    5. Prepare for a case study: You might be asked to outline a marketing plan for a new product launch. Structure it around objectives, target audience, channels, budget, and KPIs.

    6. Emphasize project management: Marketing supervisors juggle multiple deadlines. Give examples of how you've managed budgets, timelines, and suppliers simultaneously.

    7. Show analytical thinking: Be ready to discuss how you've used data to refine campaigns. Mention tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.

    8. Align with brand values: Twyford Tile is a major brand; they'll value consistency and attention to detail. In your interview, reflect that in your communication and examples.
