    Additional Information

How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their CV and a brief cover letter highlighting relevant experience in learning quality, monitoring and evaluation, learning impact, training management, or quality assurance. Use the subject line: Quality & Learning Impact Specialist. Send your application to the email address provided on this page.

    Show Your Impact Measurement Toolkit

This role lives at the intersection of training quality and measurable outcomes. Hiring managers will want to see that you can move beyond happy-sheet feedback and actually prove learning transfer.

    1. Lead with a metrics story: On your CV, quantify your impact. Instead of saying you improved training quality, say something like 'revamped feedback system, lifting response rates from 40% to 75%' or 'cut repeat complaints by 30%'. Numbers catch the eye of a quality-focused hiring panel.

    2. Prepare a Kirkpatrick case: Be ready to walk through a time you applied the Kirkpatrick Model or a similar framework. Outline the four levels—reaction, learning, behavior, results—and give a concrete example of how you measured each. If you haven't used it, show you understand it and can adapt it.

    3. Bring a sample dashboard: If you have a portfolio, include a screenshot or mock-up of a participant feedback dashboard you built. Show how you visualized trends and flagged issues. Even a simple Excel chart can demonstrate your data presentation skills.

    4. Show you know adult learning: Expect questions about how adults learn differently. Brush up on principles like relevance, experience, and autonomy. Mention how you've designed assessments that respect these principles.

    5. Practice root-cause analysis: The role involves identifying quality gaps and fixing them. Prepare a STAR story where you used root-cause analysis to solve a training issue. Walk through the problem, your analysis, the action, and the result.

    6. Highlight stakeholder communication: You'll work with trainers, clients, and management. Give examples of how you've communicated difficult feedback or influenced change. Show you can be firm yet diplomatic.

    7. Show continuous improvement mindset: Talk about a time you proactively improved a process without being asked. It could be a new feedback loop, a revised evaluation form, or a better way to track trainer performance.

    8. Ask smart questions: At the end, ask about the current quality framework, how learning impact is measured today, and what success looks like in the first six months. This shows you're already thinking like a specialist.
