1. Sharpen your mental arithmetic: Practice quick calculations daily—addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division under time pressure. Dealers must calculate payouts instantly, so drill yourself with random numbers until it's second nature.

2. Show your customer service muscle: Dealers are the face of the casino. Highlight any experience where you handled customers, resolved complaints, or kept a cool head in a busy environment. Use concrete examples on your CV.

3. Dress and present like a professional: The posting asks for professional, confident, disciplined, and presentable. Wear a smart outfit to the interview, maintain eye contact, and speak clearly. First impressions matter.

4. Prepare for observation tests: Dealers need high attentiveness. Expect the interviewer to test your observation skills—maybe by asking you to recall details from the room or a scenario. Practice mindfulness and active observation.

5. Know the gaming basics: Even if you're new, research common casino games like poker, blackjack, and roulette. Understanding the rules and terminology shows genuine interest and initiative.
