    Master the Digital Inspection Workflow

This role blends hands-on tyre work with digital reporting, so hiring managers will look for both technical skill and comfort with mobile data capture. Show that you can handle the physical demands and the app-based documentation without cutting corners.

    1. Highlight your tyre fitment experience: On your CV, list specific tyre sizes and vehicle types you've worked on, such as trucks or trailers. Mention any tyre service centre or fleet yard exposure, as that directly matches the role's needs.

    2. Show digital literacy: Since you'll use the Budini app, emphasize any experience with mobile data entry, inspection software, or even basic spreadsheet use. If you've used similar tools, name them.

    3. Understand tyre specifications: Be ready to explain tyre size, load index, and speed rating. Review these concepts before the interview, as they are listed as an added advantage.

    4. Prepare for practical tests: Expect to demonstrate tyre mounting, demounting, and pressure checks. Practice your technique and safety habits, as these are core duties.

    5. Emphasize attention to detail: The role requires accurate data capture, so give examples of when you've maintained precise records or followed strict procedures. This reassures managers you won't miss critical details.

    6. Show willingness to learn: If you're a recent graduate, highlight your internship or attachment experience and your eagerness to grow. Employers value a positive attitude toward training.

    7. Know safety protocols: Tyre work involves risks, so mention any safety training or your commitment to following safety guidelines. This shows you take workplace safety seriously.

    8. Ask smart questions: In the interview, ask about the team size, typical daily workload, and how the digital inspection data is used. This demonstrates genuine interest and helps you assess if the role fits.
