To support the continued growth of its Consulting and Advisory practice, RSM is seeking to recruit a highly experienced and results-driven Transaction Advisory Manager to join its Nairobi-based team.

The Transaction Advisory Manager will play a central role in delivering high-value advisory engagements across business valuation, financial due diligence, corporate restructuring, and transaction support, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.
Working closely with the Consulting Partner, the successful candidate will be responsible not only for technical excellence and project delivery, but also for client relationship management, team leadership, quality assurance, and business development.
